How Does It Work?
It’s simple.
When you refer a business owner and their company to us, and we are engaged as their exclusive business broker, you earn a generous referral fee upon successful closing.
Here’s how it works: Once the business sells and we receive our commission at closing, you receive your share — typically 10% of our commission (your exact rate will be agreed upon upfront)
Example:
If we sell the business and receive a $2,500,000 commission at closing, your referral fee would be $250,000 — wired directly to your account on the day of closing. After the introduction, you have zero additional work. We handle everything — valuation, marketing, buyer outreach, negotiations, due diligence, and closing. Your only role is making the initial referral. Important note: We only pay referral fees for successful seller-side engagements. We do not pay commissions for buyer referrals.
